Every Phoenix Garden Room is handmade to order from our Yorkshire workshop, so each can be customised to almost any size or design, fit doors and windows to suit your preferences, and ensure that everything about your building is how you want it to be. Nothing is left to chance: attention to detail is vitally important to us, and it gives our buildings their extra quality and individuality.
To personalise the look and design, we offer many roof options, Georgian bar, chalet and cottage style door and window options, double glazed doors and windows, internal insulation and ply or horizontal T&G, decked verandas, guttering and downpipes.

The style, size and placement of windows and doors can be one of the most influential design elements to the overall look and functionality of the building. When it comes to understanding window and door options, we can help you through every step of the process to determine which style, features and materials are best suited to your building. Our windows are made in robust frames, all fitted with toughened safety glass and doors are fitted into 44mm thick Hemlock frames set with butt hinges, mortice locks and handles available in a choice of chrome or antique black.

From secure workshops to airy summerhouses, choosing the right size for your building is one of the most important considerations. The right style, size and positioning of the building can save space so that you don’t have to comprise on your garden. Firstly decide on the purpose of your building, then think about where it will be installed. In most cases you will not need planning permission as most of our buildings are under 2.5m high to meet modern planning requirements. Each building is handmade to order so we can work with your requirements.
